Refund Policy
1. One-Time Payment Model
GS Webs offers digital marketing services as a one-time investment. Your payment is a one-time charge for services rendered. Our pricing slider reflects your investment level, with features (keywords tracked and campaigns managed) scaling proportionally to your investment amount.
This is not a recurring subscription. You pay once and receive ongoing service delivery within the scope of your selected plan tier. To avoid future charges, no automatic renewal or subscription setup is involved.
2. Refund Eligibility
GS Webs offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers (in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations). If you are not satisfied with our services within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the service fees you paid.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit a refund request within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have already received a previous refund on your account
- Comply with our Terms of Use
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@agencysocialb.com with:
- Your account information and email address
- Your transaction/order ID or invoice number
- A detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
Upon receipt of your refund request, our support team will review your request within 5-10 business days (in compliance with EU Payment Services Directive). If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Custom strategy or consulting work already completed and delivered
- Service fees for work in progress or campaigns actively managed
- Requests made by customers who have violated our Terms of Use
- Duplicate payments or overpayments exceeding 30 days after the transaction
- Any fraudulent or suspicious refund requests
4. Cancellation and Termination
Since this is a one-time payment model (not a subscription), there is no ongoing "subscription" to cancel. However, if you have questions about your service or wish to discuss your account, please contact our support team at contact@agencysocialb.com.
If we terminate your account due to Terms of Use violations, no refund will be issued for services already rendered.
5. Consumer Protection Rights
In the EU, consumers are protected by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Distance Marketing Directive. This refund policy complies with these regulations, which give you the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days for digital services.
However, please note that for digital services already delivered, your right to withdraw may be limited once service delivery has begun with your explicit consent.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team first at contact@agencysocialb.com to resolve the issue. If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
Any chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor (Stripe) will be applied to your account balance. These fees must be paid before we can restore any suspended services, in accordance with payment processor agreements.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are issued on an all-or-nothing basis within the 14-day refund window. After the 14-day refund period, full refunds will not be issued as the service has been rendered and delivered.
8. Payment Method Requirements
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team for alternative refund arrangements.
9. Refund Limitations and Reservations
GS Webs reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase
- The customer has already received a refund on their account
- The customer has violated our Terms of Use
- The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive
- Service has been substantially completed and cannot be reversed
10. No Result Guarantee
As stated in our Terms of Use, GS Webs cannot guarantee specific marketing results, including search rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rate improvements. Digital marketing success depends on external factors beyond our control, including competition, market trends, and algorithm changes.
The 14-day refund policy is for customer satisfaction with our service quality and delivery, not for specific performance results. If you are unsatisfied with our strategies, communication, or implementation (rather than lack of guaranteed results), you are eligible for a refund within 14 days.
